  • Accommodation for the duration of the trip, all activities listed on the itinerary, some meals depending on the trip, airport pick up and drop off, local transportation for excursions, multilingual guide on international excursions.

  • It’s up to you! We offer single occupancy and double occupancy rooms. Do note that single occupancy rooms are higher in cost.

  • Double occupancy means you will be sharing a room, but will have your own bed. If you book double occupancy, you can request your roommate of choice if they are also traveling on the trip. If not a roommate will be assigned to you. Our trips are designed to foster community.

  • Nope - all trips come with a specified payment plan that you are able to view before booking.

  • Our events are curated with community in mind. We have carefully crafted itineraries to make you feel as comfortable as possible. Each trip also includes a Welcome Evening Social on the first night to help you break the ice and get to know the other travelers.

  • Nope! MADE Travels trips are open to travelers all over the globe. You will be responsible for securing any necessary passport and visa information.

  • Please note that we do not offer flight booking services.

  • Travel insurance is required for all trips. We recommend the Insuremytrip, Travel Insurance, and World Nomads marketplace where you will find a variety of travel insurance options. You have the choice to use any travel insurance provider you'd like, as long as you send us proof of insurance at least one month before the scheduled departure. Failure to provide accurate proof of insurance prior to attending our trips will result in cancellation.

    Please note many comprehensive “cancel for any reason” insurance plans include medical insurance.

  • Any cancellation of a booking and/or a Product by a Client must be delivered to Made Travels in writing and be acknowledged by Made Travels in writing. Products are NON-REFUNDABLE. It is required that all Made Travels clients PURCHASE trip cancellation coverage. Trip cancellation insurance is the only means of receiving reimbursement for flights and other non-refundable expenses should you cancel your Made Travels trip for any reason, whether voluntarily or as a result of Made Travels' actions.

  • Yes, our trips are open to everyone worldwide, just know that you are responsible for all visa/documents required to travel to the chosen destination.

  • You have two options:

    1.) You must cancel your trip within 24 hours of deposit to receive refund. If after 24 hours has passed and you cancel your trip, then you will not receive a refund.

    2.) You can transfer your deposit to someone else. If you choose that option, please email: hi@mdetravels.us.
